According to the DIN norm 69901, project management is defined as all management tasks (organization, techniques and all other means) to handle a project.
Methods and tools vary, depending on the project’s complexity. The success, however, always depends on the competence of the project managers.
Learning objective
You get to know all elements and topics of successful control and management of projects. Non-technical (“soft”) topics are an integral part of the training, for example parameter and influencing factors of project management. Monitoring techniques help prevent mistakes and complete them successfully.
